The other, space development handles human life, and then in the Cold War, it was took a risk and crisis of national prestige and existence. 

The aim expected for space development business was considerably a high level. 

It was meant that it needs ability of the group having considerable technical knowledge and national budget for accomplishment. 

Thus, the space development business has been led by a government-led and expert-led. 

Thus, it was permitted to concern for only the person whose social position was considerably guaranteed and official and whom high science 

education was considerably given. 

There were no room for amateur group to enter the industry which needs ability of the group having considerable technical knowledge 

because of taking a risk and crisis of national prestige and existence. 

 

 However, young boys who was attracted in space has existed already in 1950's.

 HomerHickam, former NASA engineer, an author of autobiography 'RocketBoys', a chief character of movie 'OctoberSky', is just the person. 

 In that time, there were many young 'Hickam' who woke in the space. 

Luckily, he became NASA engineer, but as mentioned above, there was not the youth who was able to achieve a dream to the space as the pittance either. 

 

Now, after the Soviet Union had collapsed, the world has been in so long to begin to meet with totally new situation. 

And in late years ... that new movement begins to happen in the United States in the world of the space development business.
