There were one part of nuclear arms strategys under the cold war,missile technology, 

grown up manned rocket technology due to demand of gaining military supremacy. 

Most people in Western Countries were scared stiff the nuclear war happen, if he bungl it on the single combat.

 

Untill Neil Armstrong, every us have watched launch viecle astronauts with concerned. 

After Soviet Union collasped, no longer no body appriciated them as the warriors to the front.

 

Now already, field of space have changed to the research institute for R&D research worker in the business.

And just now, we see progressive change on the field of space at Civillian Space works, Private Enterprize space developments.

 

We will soon have an age of instant space flight. 

However, challenge to realize stratosphere flight and thus, eventhough result of achievement, will long spread of sphere of daily existence.
